Terms & Conditions — betlil Platform Rules

By accessing the betlil website at betlil.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the betlil platform and close your account.

betlil reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the betlil platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on betlil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. betlil enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. Players under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered or residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or operating your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of betlil or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.

betlil reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) betlil account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment method accounts — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details. Any changes to your name, mobile number, or payment method details must be reported to betlil support at [email protected] before initiating a withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. betlil will never ask for your password by email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify betlil immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

betlil accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits from third-party accounts — that is, accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though betlil may apply enhanced due diligence to unusually large single deposits at its discretion. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your betlil balance within minutes of payment confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your card issuer.

betlil does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges independent of betlil. betlil accepts no liability for charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

All deposited funds must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. betlil reserves the right to investigate and void transactions that appear to be made for the purpose of exploiting payment system mechanics rather than legitimate play.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. betlil targets processing of approved withdrawal requests to verified accounts within 30 minutes to 4 hours during normal operating hours, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or during scheduled maintenance.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, betlil requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• A selfie photograph holding the ID document alongside a handwritten note showing "betlil" and the current date.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all betlil offers:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 25 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus play is permitted.

All bets and wagers placed on betlil are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to that game only.

Regarding sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. betlil reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; any bets placed on manifestly erroneous odds will be settled at the correct price or voided at betlil's discretion.
• In the event that a cricket match or other sports event is abandoned, postponed, or reduced in scope (e.g., a Duckworth-Lewis reduction in overs), bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the betlil sports betting section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection and data-feed integrity. betlil accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed or were placed incorrectly due to internet connectivity issues on the player's device.
• betlil reserves the right to void any bet where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or use of insider information.

For casino games, random outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by betlil's licensed game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. betlil does not interfere with or modify RNG outputs.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betlil platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms, or generate artificial wagering activity.
• Attempting to access betlil's systems, databases, or infrastructure through unauthorised means.
• Using the betlil platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates anti-money laundering laws.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, verification, or customer support interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any bug discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Exploitation of a known or discovered bug will result in account closure.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing betlil staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any betlil content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of betlil intellectual property will be pursued through available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betlil's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betlil shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits betlil's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

betlil collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. betlil will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is strictly necessary to fulfil your account and transaction requests.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

betlil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

• Conduct that betlil reasonably considers harmful to the platform, other users, or the integrity of games and sports markets.

Where an account is closed by betlil due to a breach of these terms, betlil reserves the right to retain the account balance as a set-off against losses caused by the player's conduct.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute relating to your betlil account, betting activity, or these terms, you should first contact betlil support at [email protected] with a written description of the complaint. betlil will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with betlil's initial response, you may escalate the matter in writing to the betlil compliance team. betlil will conduct a full internal review and issue a final written decision within 20 business days of the escalation.

betlil's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility is final and binding unless a manifest error or technical malfunction can be demonstrated by contemporaneous evidence.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the betlil Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and betlil with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by betlil to enforce any provision of these terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
